Feature: Through setting the parameters like upper limit and lower limit of open/close circuit voltage, discharging current, discharging time, etc. It adopts constant current timing as working mode, with the function of power failure parameter protection, voltage over-limit sound and light alarm, qualified battery counting, etc.
