  1. The main motor speed adopts imported frequency converter as stepless speed regulation, continuously variable frequency. The mold open and close, lead liquid supply adopts good quality pneumatic parts.

  2. Lead supplying system takes quantitative lead control. Structure is simple. The lead valve spool can stand high temperature and suitable for long using life, which is easy for replacing.

  3. The horizontal pull rod structure can ensure the machine moves smoothly and reduce blur, so that reduce manual mold spraying to increase the production capacity.

  4. Lead scrap recycling device can be optional, which can lower the labor strength.

  5. Different heating methods are available, e.g. electrical heating, natural gas heating, LPG heating, etc.

Composition

The system includes: grid casting machines, electromagnetic heating molten lead furnace and lead delivery system, lead ingot conveyor, scrap transmission system, intermediate frequency lead smelting furnace, steel platform and ladder.


Feature

The heating system of lead pot is changed from electric heating tube heating to intermediate frequency heating.

Advantage: The range of adjustable heating temperature (up to 550℃) is much wider; the temperature control is more accurate: the switch value control is changed to the analog control, that is, within ±10℃; this heating is coil heating, except for the coil aging basically there is no maintenance; the heating temperature distribution is more uniform: the intermediate frequency heating coil of lead transmission pipe is spiral distribution, the temperature conduction to the lead transmission pipe can be very uniform.

  1. With soft start function, it is safe and reliable with long service life under the condition of frequent start.
  2. With protection function if lost phase happens.
  3. IGBT over-current protection function.
  4. IGBT over-temperature protection function.
  5. It has heating coil short-circuit protection function.
  6. Full bridge series resonance circuit topology, strong anti-interference ability.
  7. It adopts high-performance IGBT driver chip to drive.
  8. Automatically recognize the load and phase lock function, so that the load side can get the highest power factor, and the circuit can be controlled accurately and efficiently in the weak inductive area.
  9. Several cores are installed in parallel on the same heating tube without interference.
  10. Good electricity-saving effect: compared with the electricity heating, it can save more than 20% of electricity.
  11. Easy for installation: applicable for different structural induction coil.
  12. Low operating cost, less maintenance.
