Automatic Battery Washing & Drying Machine

1. Application: For cleaning the impurities on the surface of the batteries, and drying the batteries after cleaning.

2. Operation:
   The battery is automatically fed into the machine — brush will do the cleaning with hot water — spray washing — clean water rinsing — remove the water by strong wind — drying — battery output.
   It is automatic from washing to cleaning. The finished battery will be conveyed to the next working process automatically. Cleaning and drying is automatically completed, and the battery after cleaning and drying is automatically conveyed into the next process.

3. Feature:
   Fully enclosed, both sides of the transparent observation window can be opened, equipped with side and top brush, hot water cleaning, strong wind to remove water and hot air for drying, total length is 7m, the speed of the conveyor chain plate is regulated by frequency converter.
   This machine has the characteristics of good cleaning effect, fast drying with hot air, high efficiency and corrosion resistance.
