Working Principle:

After sealing bottom, it is manually placing the plate onto SS net belt, and being brushed by two brushes up and down when going through the roller, with relative rotations in clock and reverse directions. Lead powder on the surface of the plate could be completely cleaned, with lead powder in the air to be collected by the dust collector, which is composed by Pulse, Bag, Blower and Pipe and located at the right back side of the Cabinet.

Dust Collect system is controlled by the PLC. There are 6 pulse collects, only if there is error happening to pulse or main cabinet, warning would be shown on PLC. Blower is used after brushing to make sure the cleanness on the surface of plate.

2 operators are requested for machine running (one is to place plate, the other is to collect plate), making sure high working efficiency.
