Suitable Scope

The paste mixer is used for the mixing procedure of lead-acid battery production. It can carry out automatically all the functions including the lead oxide feeding, lead oxide weighing, acid and water weighing, quick paste mixing and lead paste storage. The whole line has been controlled by PLC program, realizing line process and automatic production.

Features

1. The paste mixer has beautiful appearance, safe, stable, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. The equipment has reliable grounding, emergency brake switch; all kinds of lines and pipelines are installed and arranged neatly.

2. The drum wall and bottom of the paste mixer are provided with large-area cooling circulating water.

3. The inner wall and mixing wing of the drum are made of 316L stainless steel. Gear motor adopts the large torque integrated reducer, stable output power, durable.

4. The machine is fully automatic control, and the system adopts Mitsubishi human machine interface touch screen and PLC.

5. Air cooling: When cooling is needed during the paste mixing process, the negative pressure fan and damper are opened, and the damper is controlled by the cylinder.

Working Principle

The control system of the Oxide Mill is controlled by PLC. During operation, the current will control the control precision of the lead balls feeding quantity. The feeding current accuracy is 0.3A.

For example: if the pre-set feeding current is 68A and the stopped feeding currents is 68.3A, when the working current is lower than 68A, the machine will begin the feeding; the feeding time and stopped feeding time can be adjusted by the time relay; when the working current is over 68.3A, the machine will stop feeding, the insulating layer temperature will be controlled by cooling fan. The oxide outlet temperature is controlled by the damper actuator.
